One Month Living in the UK...

Transition is definitely as understatement for this entire process. The excitement of coming to race in the UK was quickly dampened by missing my family at home. However, I can not thank the Dexter's enough for working through it with me and making me feel so loved here in the UK. Having them has been amazing and getting to interact with Riley has made it feel like home as well. Jay and Elle have made sure I have stayed in good spirits and I feel included in everything as well.

I have missed home and have missed my family. I get to chat with them daily though. My dad keeps being him and making sure I am on top of my things, my mom more caring and less annoying...lol. I get to play video games with Grayson when he gets home from school so I spend time with him as well. I have spent a lot of time time training and enjoying the local cuisine as well. Lots of eating...lol

Being able to train with Jay and Riley makes the training fun as well. Jay pushes me and that is definitely a plus....although if he keeps crashing like this week I don't know how long he will last.

This is race week and we are preparing to tackle this weekend. I can't thank Jay enough again for this. I am feeling confident after the test in Snetterton but I know I have to keep pushing in order to keep progressing. Milestones and goals have remained the same and head is still down focusing on the job at hand. Mike Torres and I have chatted a bit already to and prepared for the weekend. Now it just needs to get here so I can ride. Thank you again Jay and everyone else supporting this dream of mine....BRING ON SILVERSTONE!!!
